| 摘 要： | 分析比较20种中外临床医学期刊的栏目设置情况。结果显示:国内临床医学期刊的固定栏目占每期栏目总数的比例低于国外期刊,但每期平均栏目数和总栏目数高于国外期刊;国内期刊综述类文章比例偏高,达9.93%,而国外期刊只占3.44%,相反,通信类、评论类和指南类文章在国外期刊中分别占到19.12%、9.91%、3.49%,在国内期刊中则分别占0.21%、8.5%、1.64%。认为:国内临床医学期刊栏目的稳定性尚待提高,名称需要进一步规范化,指南类和评论类栏目的文章比例有待提高;国内外临床期刊的一些特色栏目值得在编辑策划中予以尝试。
