基于云计算的科技期刊协同编辑系统

摘    要:为减少科技期刊编辑过程中对服务器架设、处理能力、数据存储及安全性等问题的关注,提升科技期刊协同编辑效率,拓展服务渠道,推进数字出版业的发展,开展了云计算在科技期刊信息管理中的应用研究。提出将传统期刊信息管理业务迁移到云端的设想。论述了云出版的概念、优势,研究利用百会云计算平台构建科技期刊编辑出版方法及系统建设。结果表明,基于云计算实现科技期刊的协同编辑、出版和在线审稿等工作是可行的,是科技期刊信息化管理的一个重要发展方向。

Abstract:In order to reduce the concerns about the server,processing power,data storage and safety problems in the editing process of sci-tech journals,enhance the collaborative edting efficiency of sci-tech journals,expand the service channels and drive the development of digital publishing industry,the application research has been conducted about the cloud computing in the information management of sci-tech journals.The tentative plan is put forward to transfer the traditional periodical information management affairs to the cloud vision.The concept and advantages of cloud publishing are discussed.The eding and publishing methods of sci-tech journals as well as the systematic construction,based on the Baihui cloud computing platform,are studied too.The results show that it is workable to achieve sci-tech periodical collaborative editing,publishing and online review work on the basis cloud computing,which is an important development direction of sci-tech periodical informazation management.
