| 摘 要： | 科技期刊的用户服务是构建品牌期刊建设的重要组成部分.为调查国外成熟的科技期刊的服务方式,选择了传统的知名期刊和新型的开放获取期刊,从这些品牌期刊特色服务项目中精选出共性的内容,从非网络服务和网络服务2个方面予以介绍,以求能给予国内同行借鉴. |

| Abstract: | The service for users of STM periodicals is an important part of brand building.For investigating the service techniques or methods of famous oversea STM journals,we selected some top traditional journals and new created open access journals and studied their special services.We introduced these services in two parts: non web-based and web-based.These service ideas should be absorbed by Chinese STM journals and applied in the serving for our users. |
