学术类科技期刊影响力归一化法评判定量模型的构建

摘    要:将我国294种高校自然科学学报3年的影响因子、基金论文比、总被引频次、即年指标、他引率、平均引文率、地区分布数、机构分布数确定为8项模型因素集.运用德尔菲法确定8项指标的权重,再根据归一化法理论设计出评判定量模型计算软件.结果表明:评判定量模型计算软件依据指标、权重即调即得排序结果,有利于期刊分级评优和遴选核心期刊.

Abstract:In order to evaluate the influence power of university's journals more effectively,the normalization model was constructed based on 8 factors: impact factor, rate of foundation-supported papers,total citation frequency,immedia cy index,rate of citations by other journals,average number of references,num ber of regions of the authors and number of institutions of the authors,collect ed from 294 domestic university' journals of natural sciences. The weight for ea ch factor was determined using Delphi Method and the software for quantitative e valuation was established based on normalization theory. Results showed that the university's journals could be sorted on the indexes and weights,using the sof tware,which was useful in journal's classification,evaluation and gradation..
