| Abstract: | Four outlines for the establishment of the characteristic column in university scientific journals are presented as follows: 1)to select the exact and essential contents; 2)to make serious and deep investigations and studies; 3)to name the column scientifically; 4)to disseminate the start of the column primly. In addition, a number of active authors available are needed, the quality of the papers should be guaranteed, publishing in time is desired and the comments on the column should be well done. |
