| Abstract: | The paper analyzes the characteristics of the relationship between the editor and the authors in sci-tech periodical publishing system;and thinks that it should possess two conditions in forming the favorable mutual mechanism between the sci-tech journal editors and the authors: one is the author educational mechanism,and the other is editor model mechanism.The paper also raises several principles in forming the favorable mutual mechanism between the editors and the authors. |
