| 摘 要： | 以《亚洲男科学杂志》获得国际稿源(70%以上)的经验为主线,分析目前国内英文版科技期刊稿源国际化的现状.提出了有效获取国际稿源的思路,包括:主编无可替代,充分调动国际编委;全方位培养编辑人才,引进和借助优秀人才;重视主动约稿;组织和参加国际性会议;充分利用和整合资源,提供金牌服务;充分利用现代化办公条件;舍得花钱送期刊;打开国际发行渠道.

| Abstract: | This article mainly introduces how Asian Journal of Andrology (AJA) to attract the international contributions and analyzes the actual state of the international contributions of sci-tech journals (in English) in China. The authors put forward eight effective ideas for attracting the international contributions, including: 1) the editor-in-chief can not be substitute and should take full advantage of the editorial board; 2) culturing the persons with ability of editing and managing, engaging or recurring to the elitists; 3) paying attention to soliciting contributions actively; 4) holding or participating the international meetings; 5) exploiting the existent resources and providing the golden service; 6) make the best of modern working software; 7) be willing to give the printed journals free of charge; 8) increasing the oversea circulation. |
