| Abstract: | The management and supervision of sci-tech periodicals should abide by the relevant rules and laws. The responsibilities of the periodical supervisors and publishers should be intensified to ensure that the legal obligation endowed by Copyright Law of the People's Republic of China and Regulations on Publication is fulfilled and the credibility of the editors and authors is enhanced. |
