| 摘 要： | 面对21世纪，为了推动高校学报进一步繁荣发展，必须以出版集团，报业集团为榜样，借鉴国外高校办专业学报的经验,扬长避短，联合办刊，组建全国高校学报集团和地方高校学报集团，努力实施“中国期刊方际”方案，尽力提高高校学报的学术质量和效益，力争在新的世纪为学校和国家做出新的更大的贡献。
