| Abstract: | This paper analyses the connotation of the national innovation system,and gives concrete elaboration to the status and function of university's sci-tech periodicals in establishment of national innovation system.The result is that the university's sci-tech periodicals should play an important role as a bridge in establishment of national innovation system. |
