| 摘 要： | 从编辑学科特征、编辑能力及素质要求等方面探讨编辑再教育的方式和特点,介绍中华医学会杂志社通过举办编辑培训班、岗位技能大赛、编辑沙龙、参加学术会议、鼓励撰写论文等途径的再教育模式。认为凡能提高编辑能力的手段都应作为再教育的方式选择。
