| 摘 要： | 以<强激光与粒子束>的编辑出版及工作制度的建立为例,介绍撈鹑伪嗉瓟和撈谠鹑伪嗉瓟相结合的制度在出版工程中的应用.责任编辑制的合理应用提高了编辑部的工作效率,保证了刊物的正常出版,保障了刊物的出版质量.
