| Abstract: | There is a close relationship between the quality of sci-tech periodicals and the diatheses of editors.These diatheses include such aspects as good moral cultivation,professional quality,humanity diathesis,editorial knowledge,management ideas,foreign language mastery and a grasp of informational technology.It is pointed out that the possession of the above-mentioned diatheses by editors is a prerequisite for the perfect combination of social and economic benefits in sci-tech periodicals. |
