| Abstract: | Because most of authors' research domain and level aren't the same, their papers' contents involve many aspects, and their papers' qualities are different from each other, it is inevitable for scientific journals to return some papers. In the course of returning papers, the authors discuss some problems that have existed, the reasons and some negative influences caused by incorrect ways, and draw conclusions, i.e., papers are tie that connects editors and authors, it will cause many different problems if the papers are handled improperly. In order to keep the journals exist and develop, editors must examine papers carefully, and adopt a correct attitude towards authors, pay attention to working ways, handle papers justly. |
