| Abstract: | Academic quality of a sci-tech journal depends on not only excellent experts but also good editors. As editors of sci-tech journals, it is necessary for them to select suitable report topics and guide experts to do necessary research in associated fields. Then the papers must be checked carefully, and keep the journals reflecting the results well and truly. At the same time, editing and checking references are important to keep the technicality of sci-tech journals. So editors are same important as the experts in improving academic quality of a sci-tech journal. |
