| Abstract: | Along with the continuous acceleration of the social information process, a digitizing, networking and intellectua- lization information environment is forming rapidly. A severe chal- lenge is lying ahead of the publishing industry which takes sprea- ding and exchanging the knowledge and information as its duty. A discussion is made about the influence of the digitizing, networking and intellectualization information on the editorial activities. |
