| Abstract: | Editing of sci-tech journals is closed with scientific and technical development,which requires that editors of sci-tech journals have strong information perception ability and can capture the leading information of science and technology in time.That training editors' information conscious and information processing capabilities will be an effective way to enhance information perception abilities. |
