| 摘 要： | 科研成果的定量评价方法与定性评价方法是目前国内外通行的两大科研评价方法。论文认为,信息哲学从信息中介与信息构建的角度分别为定量评价方法与定性评价方法提供了理论支持,对科研成果评价具有方法论意义。通过论述信息中介说对间接定量评价方法的指导,提出定量与定性相结合的科研成果综合评价方法论;深入分析信息构建说与主观定性评价方法之间的关系,认为我们追求主观定性评价的客观性,实际上指的是评价主体间的一致性,并提出基于信息构建来解决主观评价方法合理性问题的假设前提。
