| 摘 要： | 美、英、法三国各具特色的教育评估机构,对建设和完善具有中国特色的高等教育评估制度有重要的启示作用,借鉴国外高教评估机构的优势和经验,为我国教育质量评估开辟新的道路,指出教育评估主要应由第三方中介组织进行评估,而且评估应合理分类,评估标准要能充分体现高校办学的自治性。
