摘    要:执行力是把战略目标转化为现实的能力.媒体只有提高执行力,才能真正提高竞争力.媒体要提高执行力,改变执行力低下的现实状况,就应在战略为先、速度为重、细节制胜和制度保障等方面下功夫.

Abstract:The Executive Power is the abilityto transform the strategic goals into reality.Only by enhancing the Executive Power of the media,can the media really improve their competitive abilities.To enhance the Executive Power and to change the actual situation of the ineffectiveness of the Executive Power,the media should put the strategy first,pay attention to the effectiveness,take consideration into specific things,and be safeguarded by the institutional efforts.
