| 摘 要： | 网络技术应用的普及与发展给我们的生活带来方便的同时,也给我们的生活带来了各种各样的新问题,网络遗产的处置与管理就是其中之一。在对网络遗产的问题进行探讨时,提供各种信息服务的网络公司作为重要的把关人,不仅担任双重的信息把关角色,而且在各种技术、法律等手段的支持下,拥有着高度的话语霸权。
