| 摘 要： | 最近发生的谷歌事件从一个侧面较为集中地反映了我国网络知识版权的保护现状。网络知识产权保护意义重大。网络新技术给我国网络知识产权保护提出了挑战,从完善法律体系、规范知识产权伦理、加强版权执法、利用新技术强化保护等方面健全完善网络知识产权保护机制,促进互联网产业的健康发展,推动社会主义文化大发展大繁荣。
