| Abstract: | The multi-national area in West Hubei is mountainous area,the transportation is enlightened,so the information communication exist barrier,The economical and cultural elements of the multi-national area also has restricted simultaneously the information technology development,therefore appeared the digital gap,this article plans to analyze this kind of phenomenon to appear in this local form and the cultural strategy. |
