| Abstract: | Knowledge management and knowledge innovation are novel idea of library management .Starting with analysis on aspects of knowledge management such as its intension and operation and the core problems in practice,this paper discusses how libraries can improve the abilities both in comprehensive service and innovation in the new period of economic growth and promote the shift of management model from information management to knowledge management,the core of library management. |
