| 摘 要： | 从读者满意度的影响因素入手,构建评价体系理论模型,通过问卷调查的方式收集数据,以验证性因子分析模型为主要研究方法,根据修正指标拟合模型,构建高校图书馆读者满意度评价体系,并进行实证分析,最终从四个方面对提升读者服务工作质量提出合理化建议,希望为提升读者服务工作的质量提供科学决策的依据。

| Abstract: | A theoretical model is constructed for the evaluation system based on factors affecting readers＇ satisfaction and data are collected through questionnaire survey. Besides, this research is mainly conducted by confirmatory factor analysis, by which a system is established according to a model for fitting modification indices to evaluate readers＇ satisfaction with university libraries. Finally, reasonable suggestions are put forward to improve the services for readers,in hope of providing basis for scientific decision - making in corresponding respects. |
