| 摘 要： | 目前图书管理软件存在着未提供数据处理功能，流通子系统中按索书号进行排序的结果无法与实际排架效果达到一致等问题，本文针对这些情况，介绍了将Excel电子表格与现代图书管理软件相结合的案例，研究并解决了图书排架、架位测算、架位标识等问题，使之为馆藏图书布局和图书搬迁工作提供科学依据，亦可广泛应用于流通财产帐管理、图书清点等各项工作中，为现代图书管理提供新的思路。
