| 摘 要： | 矛盾论认为，矛盾是普遍存在的，存在于一切事物的发展过程中．认识论层次信息作为信息主体所感知或表述的事物存在方式和运动状态，也应该存在一定的矛盾表现。在认识论层次上，信息矛盾表现为信息主体之间和信息主体与信息本体之间两类矛盾，造成了逆向选择和道德风险，贫富分化以及信息过剩的后果，可以通过建立信号传递机制，完善信息披露机制，强化信息共享机制和构建信息生产控制机制来加以解决。
