| 摘 要： | 随着Web网络技术从1.0-3.0的不断发展,高校图书馆积极地将此概念和技术进入图书馆。Web3.0技术的实现,预示着网络将从非智能性向智能性转变,为读者提供便利与互动的平台、个性化以及智能化的信息服务,使得图书馆系统和服务具有开放性、互动性、智能化、个性化,实现图书馆以用户为中心的服务宗旨。Web3.0在图书馆区域数字资源共享、信息检索、个性化个人门户、用户互动、在线教育等方面有较好的应用。
