| 摘 要： | 本文首先简述了美国、英国、日本、德国、中国在图书馆合理使用方面的法律与规定，内容主要涉及图书馆在复制著作权作品时的免责条件，这些条件包括：非营利性的公共图书馆，为了非营利性目的，有限制地复制著作权作品；接着讨论了数字图书馆的特点、数字图书馆合理使用制度存在的必要性、数字图书馆在合理使用的范围、量的规定、判断标准方面的特点；最后探讨了美国、澳大利亚、韩国、欧盟等在数字图书馆合理使用方面的规定与措施。
