| 摘 要： | 本文鉴于高校图书馆现有信息资源拥有与利用不成正比的现状,提出信息资源得以充分利用的关键在于人力资源的合理布局。人力资源的整合(重组)如果符合现有印刷资源与电子资源并存的特征,将极大提高图书馆在资源的有效利用和获取方面的能力。笔者对高校图书馆人力资源整合的必要性以及整合的方式、方法提出了自己的观点,对图书馆管理方式的进一步改进具有一定的借鉴作用。

| Abstract: | In regard to the fact that the information resources of colleges' libraries fail to be fully utilized,the paper presents that rational human resources distribution is the key of utility of library information.If the integration of human resources is based on the condition that print resources and electronics resources are also available,the utility rate of library resources will be greatly increased.The author shows the view about the necessity of human resources integration and integration method.This will be helpful to improve management for library. |
