| 摘 要： | 图书馆员已经成为影响当代图书馆发展的主要因素,图书馆应当实行以图书馆员为中心的科学人本管理。图书馆实行科学人本管理的目标是使每个图书馆员的潜力发挥出来;使知识资源的作用充分发挥出来;使馆员和读者建立紧密的知识交流关系。图书馆实行科学人本管理需要一套与之相对应的机制。未来的图书馆员将充当重要的知识领航角色。

| Abstract: | The librarian has been one of the most influencial factors in the development of the contemporary library. The scientific management centered with the librarian should be carried out in the library. The purpose of the library carrying out of the scientific human-centered management is to make every librarian bring the potential into full play and make the librarians and readers establish a close knowledge exchange relation. The library needs a set of corresponding system and the librarians will play an important knowledge navigation role in the future. |
