| 摘 要： | 随着科学技术和互联网技术的飞速发展，数字图书馆已成为传统图书馆的发展方向，而著作权问题是数字图书馆建设中一个不容忽视的问题，本文就数字图书馆信息资源建设、传播中的各种著作权问题进行了分析、探讨，并提出了相应的解决办法。
