| Abstract: | Comparing with traditional learning mode, this paper analyzes the four advantages of E-learning. It studies the requirements of information literacy for E-learning in terms of education, technology, resources and human culture. It also points out the capabilities one must possess to acclimatize himself to the E-learning in aspect of information consciousness, information skills and information moral. |
