摘    要:对"知识服务不能作为图书馆核心能力"的论点进行质疑,认为知识服务是知识社会对图书情报机构提出的新要求,知识服务能力是现代图书情报机构的核心能力。同时认为,馆员素质是制约知识服务能力的关键要素。

Abstract:In the light of challenge of "knowledge service cannot be regarded as the core capacity of libraries",the author thinks that knowledge service is new demand of library and information organization in knowledge society.Knowledge service capacity is the core capacity of library and information organization .Meanwhile,the writer thinks that librarian quality is the key factor in restricting knowledge service capacity.
