| Abstract: | This paper firstly explores the evolution, value and research domain of public management science, and analyses the reasons that public knowledge center, public knowledge management and public knowledge management system is respectively attributed to public organization, public affairs and public system. Then, it points out that public management science is the first-class discipline in the management catalogue, and that library science is the public knowledge management science which belongs to the public management science. Lastly, it figures that public knowledge management science, based on the theory of public management science, is the theoretical practice of public management science. |
