| 摘 要： | 电子政务的出现及广泛应用不仅改变了政府信息流程与工作体系，而且在推动政府信息公开、促进信息共享进而构筑社会信息公平方面发挥了决定性作用。本文立足于电子政务与社会信息公平相互关系的探讨，推导社会信息公平的存在基础与构成条件、电子政务建设对构筑社会信息公平的直接影响、间接影响以及电子政务环境下维护社会信息公平的对策与要求。

| Abstract: | In recent years we are witnessing enormously the development of e-government, which taking great changes in the establishment of social information justice. This study examines the relationship between e-government and social information justice, pointing out that the development of e-government has laid foundation for the emergence of social information justice, meanwhile, the maintenance of the latter must rely on e-government development. It also lists new problems of social information justice brought by abroad spread of e-government, then deduce the inner identity of both development requirement in the future, and putting forward some feasible suggestions. |
