| 摘 要： | 文章在分析编目业务外包现状的基础上，提出图书编目业务外包的基本原则，指出编目业务外包具有选择性，进一步论证分类标引、主题标引等核心业务不宜外包，并提出非技术工作由临时工承担以节约成本提高效率的思想，为图书馆根据自身实际情况决定编目业务外包的范围和深度提供参考。

| Abstract: | On the current situation of cataloguing outsourcing, the paper puts forward the basic principles of outsourcing, and points out the selectivity of it. Then, it gives the further discussing that some core businesses, such as classification and subject cataloguing, should not be included in the scope of outsourcing and proposes that library should employ a lot of part-time workers to complete those unimportant work, so as to save money and improve the efficiency. The paper also gives some advices to libraries about how to arrange cataloguing outsourcing according to the situation of library itself. |
