基于服务质量评价的图书馆服务功能定位研究

摘    要:从图书馆服务质量评价的整体性视角,提出图书馆服务功能定位问题。从服务功能是服务质量的核心内涵、服务功能定位是服务质量评价的前提两个角度,剖析服务功能定位与服务质量评价之间的逻辑关联性,论述前者对于后者的重要性和必要性;阐明图书馆服务功能定位的总体性原则、差异性原则和双向性原则;简述定位的基本方法。

Abstract: From the perspective of service quality evaluation, this paper puts forward the issue of the orientation of library service function. And based on the assumption that service function is the core of service quality and the orientation of service function is the prerequisite of service quality evaluation, the authors analyse the logical correlation between the orientation and the evaluation and then elaborate the importance and the necessity of the former to the latter.They also expound the general principle, the differentiation principle and the two-way principle of the orientation. In addition, a brief account of the basic methods of the orientation is given.
