| 摘 要： | “十一五”期间开始实施的服务外包“千百十工程”是引领我国工业制造经济向知识服务经济转型升级的重大事件，将在服务外包产业引发国家层面、产业层面和企业层面的众多竞争情报问题，求解这些问题将为我国竞争情报界带来了事业发展的机遇和挑战。带给竞争情报界的机遇主要包括提供了新的用户群、新的业务增长点、发展队伍的机会等。带给竞争情报界的挑战主要包括对竞争情报从业者专业知识和技能的挑战、对竞争情报咨询服务机构核心能力的挑战、对竞争情报社团与教育培训机构综合能力的挑战等。

Studies on Opportunities and Challenges to Competitive Intelligence World Brought by“the 1,000,and 100,and 10 project ” in offshore services outsourcing industry of China |

| Abstract: | In July 2006, China government announced that a national program named “the 1,000,and 100,and 10 project” in offshore services outsourcing industry will launch in next five years. Implementing the program is a momentous event for Chinese competitive intelligence (CI) world besides its original meanings and will engender lots of CI questions in corporation level, industry level and national level in offshore services outsourcing industry of China. It will bring both the opportunities and challenges to Chinese CI world at the same time. The opportunities represent in several aspects, example for enlarging CI user-groups, expanding CI product line, augmenting the amount of CI professionals etc., The challenges represent in several aspects, example for asking for higher skills for CI professionals than ever, asking for stronger core competence for CI companies than ever, asking for stronger comprehensive abilities for CI societies, CI education and training organizations etc. |
