| 摘 要： | 人是图书馆知识管理活动中最重要的因素。基于知识管理的图书馆人力整合涉及员工招聘、员工结构和员工团队。前者应综合权衡核心价值观、知识水平、内选与外聘、长期雇佣与临时雇佣、内在吸引与外在吸引等因素;中者应从专业、能级、智能、年龄、源缘和岗位结构入手;后者可通过成立学术研究群体、质量改进团队和虚拟团队等措施来贯彻。
