| 摘 要： | 构建社会信息化指数模型,测算我国北京、辽宁、吉林、黑龙江、广东、江苏、甘肃、湖北等省市1999年的社会信息化水平,比较分析9个测算地的测算结果,指出辽宁省和全国信息化发展的问题及对策。

| Abstract: | The index model for social informatization is constructed, by which the informatization level in Beijing, Liaoning, Jinglin, Heilongjiang, Guangdong, Jiangsu, Gansu and Hubei in 1999 is calculated, meanwhile, those measuring results are constrasted. The existing problems and countermeasures concerned in the course of social informatization are pointed out as well. |
