| 摘 要： | 通过对我国授权的不同技术领域专利的维持时间及法律状态和不同时间段专利被终止率的实证研究发现：电学类专利维持时间最长，纺织造纸类专利的维持时间最短；电学类专利被终止率最低，固定建筑物类专利被终止率最高；不同阶段电学类专利被终止率下降趋势较为平缓，纺织造纸类专利被终止率下降趋势较快。
