| Abstract: | The information behavior of Internet user reflect their information needs. Therefore systematically research into it can help to detect the intentions, characteristics, difficulties and barriers of users’ behavior, thus redound to enhance the quality of online information service. Based on the recent literatures, this paper discusses the concept, elements, types, characteristics and influencing factors of Internet users’ information behavior with the achievements of some relative studies. It aims to clarify the primary issues of Internet users’ information behavior, and then to facilitate the relative research and service. |
