| 摘 要： | 专利文献中蕴含大量的经济、技术和法律信息，是高新技术企业的重要情报源。在简单介绍专利地图的概念及分类的基础上，详细阐述专利地图的竞争情报功能，即基于专利管理图的企业管理竞争情报功能、基于专利技术图的技术研发竞争情报功能以及基于专利权利图的法律权利竞争情报功能，并以3G的关键技术之一--MIMO技术为例，进行实例剖析。

| Abstract: | The patent literatures contain a large number of economic, technological and legal information, and have become an important information source for high-tech enterprises. As a way to analyze the patent literatures, patent map becomes more and more popular for the enterprise patent workers. In this paper, the concept and classification of patent map are briefly introduced. Based on that, the patent maps’competitive intelligence functions are described in detail, including competitive intelligence function for enterprise management based on patent management map, R&D competitive intelligence function based on patent technology map as well as competitive intelligence function of legal rights based on patent rights map. Finally, one of the key technologies in 3G-MIMO is provided as a case study. |
