| 摘 要： | 针对传统TOPSIS法主观确定指标权重方法的不确定性，以及应用相对接近度计算方法不能完全反映出各方案优劣性的问题，提出改进的TOPSIS方法。在分析改进TOPSIS法基本原理的基础上，构建改进的TOPSIS法评价模型，并运用改进的TOPSIS评价模型对电子商务网站竞争实力进行实证研究。评价结果表明，改进的TOPSIS法用于电子商务网站综合评价更具客观性与合理性，为电子商务网站评价提供新的方法和思路。

| Abstract: | Traditional TOPSIS method has its limitations such as the uncertainty in determining index weights and not reflecting the quality of different scheme. This paper presents an improved TOPSIS method to overcome the problems existing in traditional TOPSIS. Then the evolution model and its steps are given based on the principle of improved TOPSIS method. The studies have been conducted to apply the improved method to the actual websites evaluation. The results show the improved TOPSIS method is more objective and reasonable than traditional TOPSIS. This paper offers a new method and thought for e commerce website evolution. |
