| 摘 要： | 阐述如何将agent引入网络传播信息的危机识别与评价工作，构建网络传播危机信息智能识别与评价体系结构框架，并对各子系统的具体运作进行分析研究，提出网络传播危机信息二评校验互补评价模型。该研究能大大增强网络传播危机预警的系统性、准确率和时效性，有效提高企业防范和治理网络传播危机的能力。

| Abstract: | The complex network communication has made the Internet become the initiation source of the enterprise crisis. This paper introduces the agent application in the crisis identification and evaluation of network communication information, and then it shows its crucial role in the construction of systematic structure for the identification and evaluation of crisis information. It also analyzes the operation of subsystems in detail and puts forward an evaluating model for crisis information on Internet. It is considered that the research will improve the crisis forewarning for the network communication greatly and keep the enterprise from the crisis of network communication. |
