| Abstract: | The paper firstly describes the background for the development of Tianjin Academic Digital Library Consortia.Then it ana- lyzes the construction of the consortia from the following five aspects:technological platform,resources building,service,organization structure,and performance effectiveness analysis.At last,the paper snmmarizes all the factors by which the Tianjin Academic Digital Library Consortia has made such a preliminary achievement. |
