| 摘 要： | 按照交叉学科结构理论，提出知识管理学这一新兴学科，并将它定位为众多学科相互交叉而发展起来的多边缘综合性科学。指出作为一门新科学，我们必须注意它的学科范式、学科定位、研究内容和学科体系等基本问题。从科学学角度，提出技术与人文相互交融的范式;对知识管理学的学科体系和学科内容进行分析，从而为知识管理学的稳步发展奠定理论基础。

| Abstract: | According to the theory of multidisciplinary, this paper brings forward the new concept of knowledge management science(KMS), and thinks it the comprehensive science developed with multitudinous disciplines intercross. As an emerging discipline, people should pay attention to a series of fundamental problems, such as discipline model, discipline position, research contents and discipline system. From the view of science, the authors put forward the integrated model of KMS with humanity and technology blended, and analyze it's discipline system and research contents, which will establish a theory basis to the steadily development of KMS. |
