| 摘 要： | 在阐述技术市场运行机制及相互关系分析的基础上，从技术经营机制、技术中介机制、风险投融资机制、技术评估与咨询机制四个方面，对国内外技术市场运行机制进行比较，并选取中国浙江网上技术市场和英国技术转移集团作为典型案例，进行实证性对比分析。

| Abstract: | Based on the analysis of technology market operation mechanism and mutual relationships in it, this paper compares domestic and foreign technology market operation mechanisms from aspects of technology management mechanism, technology intermediary mechanism, risk investment and financing mechanism, technology evaluation and consultation mechanism, and then selects China Zhejiang Online Technology Transfer Center and the British Technology Group as typical cases and at last makes an empirical comparative study on them. |
