| 摘 要： | 在已有研究的基础上指出非结构性为知识工作的本质属性，并以典型的知识工作岗位为样本，采用质性分析方法，寻求知识工作的识别依据，并将知识工作分解为可以/应该结构化的内容以及难以/不应该结构化的内容；发现影响知识工作结构化的主要因素，寻求知识工作结构化的过程、方法和工具。

| Abstract: | On the basis of the previous analysis conclusion that knowledge work is nonstructural work, the paper seeks the identification bases for knowledge work with the qualitative analysis software QSR as the analysis tool, decomposes the knowledge work into easily-procedural & standardization work and non-procedural & standardization work, discoveres the key factors impacting the process of standardization and seeks the process,methodologies and tools for knowledge work’s standardization. |
